The Public Agent Directory and Claiming Your Profile
VerticalRent's public agent directory helps landlords and investors find investor-friendly agents by state. Claiming your profile is free.
Browsing the public directory
/agents lists agents by state. Each profile page shows the agent's bio, license type, city and state, specializations, and an investor-friendly badge if they selected one, along with contact details when provided.
Claiming your profile
From Directory listing, click Start claim flow to open the claim form. Fill in:
- Full name (required) and state (required)
- Email, phone, and website
- License type (Agent, Broker, or Broker Associate), license number, and brokerage name
- City and years of experience
- A short bio landlords and investors will read
- Specializations you select (as many as apply), and whether to flag yourself as investor-friendly
Click Submit my profile. The profile saves to your account immediately and can appear in the public directory under your state — VerticalRent does not send a confirmation email for this step. Headshot upload is not available yet; that will open after profile approval.
After you claim
Directory listing shows every profile tied to your account with its city, state, and claim status, plus a link to view it live in the public directory. Submit the claim form again any time to update your details.
