Agent Platinum — $5/month

On top of identity verification, Platinum adds:

  • Pick individual client report types on Screening, instead of the full bundle only
  • 1 included client report each month; extra reports are $5 each
  • Featured placement in the public agent directory
  • Co-branded application invites

Subscribe from the Platinum panel on Settings, or from any Platinum prompt on Clients or Screening — they all lead to the same plan.

Co-branded invites

Once on Platinum, the Co-branded invites card lets you set a default template — name, email subject, and a short intro — that puts your brand on application invites sent to your authorized clients' applicants. Save it once; it applies going forward until you change it.

Notification preferences

Choose which agent emails you receive — in-app alerts stay on regardless, so your history is never lost:

  • Client authorization — a landlord relationship invite is recorded for you
  • New message — someone sends you a message
  • Network connections — someone requests or accepts a connection
  • Client screening — a screening report you ordered finishes, fails, or is disputed
  • Listing activity — a listing you can manage gets an inquiry or becomes available

Messages

Direct message threads with landlords and other connections. Search your conversations, or open one to reply — the same messaging experience every VerticalRent role uses.

My Network

Accepted connections, sent requests, and a discover tab to find and connect with other VerticalRent users. Connections are a lightweight way to keep in touch — they are separate from the formal client authorization you request on Clients.

Security and deleting your account

Set up an authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, or similar) under Security to add a second login step. Account deletion permanently closes your login and removes personal details immediately; records the law requires VerticalRent to keep are retained per the Privacy Policy.
