Finding and Quoting Available Jobs

Open maintenance requests that match your service categories and area show up on Available Jobs. Submit a quote, and the landlord decides whether to move forward — you accept the assignment afterward from My Jobs.

What shows up here

A request appears on Available Jobs only if all of the following are true:

• It is still open and has no job assigned yet
• It matches one of your service categories on your Business Profile — if you have not picked any categories yet, every open request is shown
• It is within your service radius (10, 25, 50, or 100 miles from your business zip code). If you have not set a zip code, distance is not checked and every request in your categories stays listed

Filter tabs across the top let you narrow the list to a single category. A running count ("Showing 1–25 of N") and Previous/Next links appear once there is more than one page of results.

Platinum first look

Platinum subscribers ($5/month) see newly posted jobs before they open to everyone else. Free vendors still see and can quote every job once its first-look window ends — Platinum does not change the platform fee, only the timing.

Reviewing a job before you quote

Opening a job from the list shows:

• The full issue title, description, and priority (Emergency / High / Normal / Low)
• The property address and category
• An AI-generated cost estimate and triage summary, when the landlord's request included one
• Any photos the tenant or landlord attached, opened full-size in a new tab

Submitting your quote

Below the job details, the quote form asks for:

• Quote amount — the total you would bill, at least $1.00
• Estimated days to complete — between 1 and 180 days
• Notes (optional) — scope of work, parts included, access requirements

As soon as you enter a valid amount, a preview shows the platform fee and your payout at that price (3% platform fee, so your payout preview is 97% of the quote). Submitting takes you straight to the job's detail page.
